About the Project
BRINGING BIODIVERSITY
TO CAMPUS
The University of York wanted the gardens around their new Piazza Building to connect seamlessly with the surrounding landscape.
A key part of the brief was to create a vibrant, natural setting that enhanced the building while supporting biodiversity across the campus.
To achieve this, we installed over 2500m2 of wildflower turf, delivering a striking visual impact while creating valuable habitat for pollinators and wildlife. Drawing on our long standing relationship with Wild Flower Turf Ltd, who have supplied us for over a decade, we ensured both quality and reliability throughout the project.
The finished landscape ties the building into its environment beautifully, with results that continue to speak for themselves season after season.
