We are pleased to have been appointed to deliver landscaping and ecological works as part of the Dawsons Corner Improvements scheme in Leeds.

Awarded in January 2026 by John Sisk & Son, the project forms part of a major upgrade to one of Leeds’ busiest junctions, improving links between the A647 and the A6120 Ring Road.

The £44 million scheme is designed to ease congestion, improve safety and support more sustainable travel across the region. Alongside the highways improvements, landscape and environmental enhancements play an important role in shaping the finished scheme and its long term impact.

Our work at Dawsons Corner will include:

  • Tree and vegetation clearance

  • Soft landscaping

  • Tree planting

  • Native woodland planting

  • Seeding

  • Pond formation

The introduction of new woodland planting and aquatic habitats will help boost biodiversity while improving the overall appearance of the area. Delivering planting and habitat creation within a live highways environment calls for careful planning and coordination, something our team has extensive experience in managing.

By integrating environmental improvements with major infrastructure works, the Dawsons Corner project reflects a more balanced approach to development, where transport efficiency and ecological value go hand in hand.

We look forward to working alongside Sisk and the wider project team to deliver landscaping that supports both the functionality and long term sustainability of this important regional scheme.
