About the Project
creating calm above
a clinical setting
This project involved the full refurbishment of the existing rooftop garden at the Jubilee Wing, Leeds General Infirmary.
The aim was to create a high quality outdoor space that could support wellbeing while working within the technical and operational constraints of a live hospital site.
We supplied and installed porcelain decking laid on a roof deck system, along with decorative screens and bespoke planters to create a functional and welcoming environment.
The finished roof garden provides a calm and practical space for staff and visitors, demonstrating how well designed external environments can enhance healthcare settings while meeting the complex demands of a site such as LGI.
