Leeds Jewish Housing Association provides much needed social housing across the city, supporting residents with safe, well managed living environments across multiple sites.
We deliver grounds maintenance services across 14 housing schemes within Leeds, helping ensure each location remains welcoming, well presented and fit for the people who live there.
Our dedicated grounds maintenance team completes scheduled, pre planned maintenance services covering a full range of ground care requirements. A designated team was allocated to ensure consistency in delivery, supported by regular resident engagement and detailed visit reporting to help our client manage relationships and expectations on site.
By committing to a high standard of service, workmanship and ongoing client communication, we have seen a noticeable improvement in the quality of the grounds across the estate. This has ultimately resulted in increased resident satisfaction and a more positive environment for those who live there.
