DELIVERING A LANDSCAPe
SCHEME AT SCALE
This major new build prison in the York area required a comprehensive soft landscaping package to support a secure, compliant and long term sustainable environment.
The scope included the supply and installation of sub soil, topsoil and low fertility soils, alongside extensive tree planting, native woodland creation and ornamental shrub planting. We also carried out wildflower meadow establishment and amenity grass seeding to bring biodiversity and structure to the wider site.
The successful delivery of this large scale soft landscape installation provided a safe, compliant and robust scheme for the MOD. Through careful planning, quality materials and experienced delivery, the project now offers a resilient landscape designed to perform over the long term.

Soil supply and installation

All works are delivered by fully compliant, qualified staff holding the required CSCS and CPCS cards, with SSSTS-qualified supervision in place to ensure full compliance within a secure construction environment.
