Fern House was developed to support independent living, with a strong focus on creating high quality outdoor spaces for residents.
From the outset, the project presented logistical challenges, including craning topsoil over a newly completed building to enable the landscape works to proceed.
Over the following months, the site underwent a remarkable transformation as our team carefully delivered and installed the landscape scheme despite the complex constraints.
The result is a collection of beautiful, high specification gardens that residents can enjoy every day, adding lasting value to the development and enhancing quality of life.
