Aire Park is one of Leeds' flagship regeneration developments and a landmark destination for residents, workers and visitors.
Following the award winning soft landscape installation, our team now delivers ongoing grounds maintenance to ensure the park remains a safe, inviting and high quality green space all year round.
Our dedicated maintenance team carries out a full range of services including grass cutting, weed control, path maintenance and specialist swale management. Consistent attention, seasonal planning and a proactive approach keep the site looking its best while protecting the long term health of the landscape.

About the Project

Clean cover system installation
Our team implemented a full clean cover system across the site to safely rehabilitate contaminated ground in line with planning and local authority requirements.

Specialist tree sourcing and planting
We sourced, tagged and installed landmark trees from across the UK and Europe, working closely with designers to deliver the exact architectural vision.

Large scale turfing and gradients
Thousands of square metres of turf were installed in collaboration with the design team, ensuring precise gradients and a high quality finish throughout the park.

Biodiversity focused planting
Shrubs, bulbs and wildlife features were carefully integrated to support year round colour, habitat creation and sustainable urban drainage.
